From a young age I have had a strong connection with nature, spending much of my childhood exploring the wilderness surrounding my hometown. This affection for the outdoors has led to inform my practice as an artist, with most of my work looking at environmental conservation in the Anthropocene and what skills and cultural practices we have lost through this evolution into a new age. By exploring the human relationship with nature, my work seeks to actively provoke thought and action in the viewer and to make people more conscious about how their actions affect our world.

My practice is predominantly analogue based photographic work, often using large format negatives and creating large scale prints to immerse the viewer in expansive landscapes. I have also worked using experimental techniques in photography, sculptural work and performance.

Though my primary practice is as an artist I am also available for commercial work such as documentation, weddings and other events. Please contact me for any enquiries about this.
